A large man-made lake with pebble beaches, an Olympic-standard rowing course, a 6-km walking loop and a string of summer bars — Zagreb's local seaside. Built for the 1987 Universiade student games, Jarun now hosts the huge INmusic festival every June on Otok Hrvatske Mladeži, the island in the middle.
