The tiny hilltop town — fewer than 500 residents — is wrapped in medieval walls you can walk in a slow 20-minute loop, with views over some of the world's most prized truffle forests. Come for a plate of fuži pasta with shaved white truffle, stay for the sunset, and if you're around in late July, don't miss the wonderfully weird Motovun Film Festival.
