Viewpoint
The Biokovo Skywalk is a glass-floored horseshoe cantilevered 1,228 metres above the Makarska Riviera — walk out and look straight down through 5 cm of glass at 250 metres of empty air, then out across the Adriatic to Brač and Hvar. The drive up the switchbacks from Makarska is not for the faint-hearted, but the reward is one of the most dramatic viewpoints anywhere on the Croatian coast.
